Mounting Options

Optical Filter Holder for 1" (25.4mm) diameter and up to 0.22" (5.6mm) thick. One retainer ring included. You need to purchase your own optical filter.

We designed these filter mount modules to be compatible to Thorlabs’ Lens Tube System which allows easy construction of multi-element optical systems. Pictured below are adapters for connecting different-diameter elements of the system to one another or quickly connecting and disconnecting similar-diameter elements. Please contact us for custom applications.

You can save money by printing the 3D model on Shapeway and complete the assembly on your own. See instructions below:

For DIY, you can 3D print the filter adapter on Shapeway and assemble it yourself for minimal cost.

Part 1 of 3 is this part which you can 3D print on Shapway, then you need to glue it to the other 2 parts below to complete the assembly yourself.

Part 2 of 3 is the slip-on case for the iPhone 5s you can purchase from many online stores. Alternatively, select the "universal" 3D model and use it with a clip-on mount.

Part 3 of 3 is the Thorlabs part.
